Frequently asked questions
Do my members have to pay?
No. The subscription is taken by the guild: every member gets access for free with their Battle.net account.
Who can subscribe?
The guild master and officers (in-game ranks 0 to 2). Other members are asked to contact an officer.
How does the free trial work?
30 days without a credit card, once per guild, with 1 roster and 3 events per month. Upgrade to Standard or Pro whenever you want.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: you keep access until then. Changing plans mid-month is prorated.
Is my payment data safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe. No card number goes through or is stored on our servers.
What do I need for the MVP analysis?
Add a public Warcraft Logs report link to your raid event: the analysis and ranking are generated automatically.
Is the site affiliated with Blizzard?
No. Guild Manager is an independent tool that uses the official Battle.net API for login and character import.
Which realms are supported?
European (EU) and American (US, including Oceanic and Latin American) World of Warcraft Retail realms. Your characters are detected automatically in every region of your Battle.net account.
